Trade Minister praises CIMAF Ghana for 10 years of industrial contribution

The Deputy Minister of Trade, Agribusiness and Industry, Sampson Ahi, has commended CIMAF Ghana Limited for a decade of outstanding contribution to Ghana’s industrial and construction sectors.

In a statement issued by the Ministry’s Public Relations and Communications Unit, he described the company as a key partner in the country’s industrial transformation agenda.

Speaking at the launch of CIMAF Ghana Limited’s 10th‑anniversary commemoration at the company’s factory in Tema on Tuesday, Hon. Ahi praised the cement manufacturer for its sustained investment in Ghana, job‑creation efforts and commitment to quality production over the past ten years.

Addressing management, staff, industry stakeholders and guests, he said CIMAF’s growth story reflects the impact of strategic private‑sector investment aligned with national development priorities.

He asserted that since establishing operations in Ghana a decade ago, CIMAF has become a strong pillar of the country’s industrial landscape through the consistent production and supply of high‑quality cement, while also contributing significantly to infrastructure development and local economic growth.
