Nigerian actress Regina Daniels has finally presented herself for a drug test, following months of public allegations surrounding substance abuse.
The actress shared a video from a hospital on her Instagram page, announcing her decision to undergo the test. “Hi guys, so I’m here at the hospital, I’m about to run my drug test,” she said.
Her action comes nearly three months after her husband, politician Senator Ned Nwoko, publicly accused her of drug use, an allegation he made after denying claims of domestic violence and abuse levelled against him by the actress in October 2025.
At the time, Regina Daniels had accused Senator Nwoko of domestic abuse, allegations he firmly denied while countering with claims that he possessed medical records proving she abused substances.
Adding to the controversy, Regina’s co-wife, Laila Charani, alleged that the actress had introduced her to drugs during the course of their relationship.
Amid the growing public dispute, an alleged medical report purportedly from Serenity Royale Hospital circulated online, claiming toxic levels of marijuana, morphine, opiates, cocaine, and alcohol in Regina Daniels’ system.
However, Serenity Royale Hospital has denied releasing any such medical report, distancing itself from the leaked document. The hospital stated, “We wish to state clearly that the publication containing classified information of Mrs Nwoko Regina did not emanate from us and respectfully request the public to disregard same.”
