Media personality, Queen Yola, has revealed that she expects her partner to keep their phone active when going on a date with her.
She explained that one of her major red flags in men is when they put their phones on airplane mode.
“If you are my partner, or even if it is the first date, I always look out for that particular thing. That’s a big red flag for me.
“The number one thing I pay attention to is how you handle your phone. So if I go on a date with you, I’m watching how you keep your phone in check," she said.
She further emphasized that she does not appreciate it when a date switches their phone to airplane mode during date nights, stating that all she wants is for someone to call.
“Don’t put it on airplane mode. If you want, save the contact as ‘Pizzaman’ or ‘delivery man’ let the person call,” she added.
According to her, it is acceptable to either keep the phone away or place it on the table, but it should not be on airplane mode.
“So it’s either you keep your phone away, or if it’s on the table, please don’t put it on airplane mode. I want to see who is calling you. You can even turn your phone face down juust be honest with me,” she concluded.
