The Chief Executive Officer of PIWAK Natural Health, Dr. Prince Nelson Mortoti Prince Nelson Mortoti, has cautioned Ghanaian men against unhealthy lifestyle choices that may lead to obesity, warning that excess body fat can significantly impair sexual performance.
Speaking during a public health education session, Dr. Mortoti explained that obesity goes beyond physical appearance and can disrupt vital body functions, particularly blood circulation, which is essential for male sexual health.
According to him, poor blood flow caused by excess body fat can negatively affect the male reproductive organ and reduce sexual performance.
“When there is too much fat in the body, the system does not function efficiently. One of the major consequences is poor blood flow, which ultimately affects sexual performance,” he stated.
Dr. Mortoti noted that many men often overlook the link between weight management and sexual vitality, focusing instead on short-term solutions rather than addressing the root cause.
He stressed the need for a balanced lifestyle through proper diet and regular physical activity as key to maintaining overall health and sexual wellness.
“Regular exercise improves circulation, boosts energy levels, and supports a healthier, more active life,” he added.
The PIWAK CEO also highlighted the role of natural supplements, including the 3P Garlic Mixture produced by PIWAK Natural Health, in supporting immune function and general well-being. However, he cautioned that such products should complement not replace healthy lifestyle habits.
“Natural products work best when combined with good nutrition, exercise, and disciplined lifestyle choices,” he said.

Health experts continue to warn that obesity remains a growing public health concern in Ghana and globally, with links to cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and reduced reproductive health.
Dr. Mortoti urged men to take proactive steps to manage their weight, stressing that prevention remains the most effective way to avoid long-term health complications.
“Your health is your responsibility. The choices you make today will determine your strength, vitality, and longevity tomorrow,” he advised.
His remarks add to ongoing public health campaigns encouraging Ghanaians to adopt healthier lifestyles to improve quality of life and reduce preventable diseases.
