All constituency chairmen of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Greater Accra Region have endorsed former Greater Accra Regional Minister Daniel Nii Kwartei Titus-Glover’s bid to become the party’s next National Organiser.

In a statement issued on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, and signed by Ellen Ama Daaku, Communication Director and Spokesperson for the Titus-Glover campaign, the candidate expressed his appreciation to the Greater Accra constituency chairmen for their support.

“Hon Titus-Glover wishes to express his deep appreciation for the massive endorsement from all Constituency Chairmen in the Greater Accra Region in furtherance of his candidature as National Organiser of the NPP,” the statement said.

The campaign described the declaration as an indication that Greater Accra had set the pace and expressed hope that other regions would similarly rally behind the former regional minister’s candidature.

“Greater Accra has spoken, has set the pace and tone which is deafening enough and hopefully, other regions will soon join in unison,” the statement added.

Mr Titus-Glover said the endorsement was a significant honour and pledged not to take the support for granted. The campaign also invoked the NPP’s elephant symbol, declaring: “The Elephant is indeed our winning symbol!”

The endorsement comes as the NPP prepares for its national executive elections, with Mr Titus-Glover among the contenders seeking to lead the party’s organisational machinery. A recent Global InfoAnalytics survey placed him ahead in the National Organiser race, although 50% of respondents remained undecided.

Titus-Glover previously contested the National Organiser position at the NPP’s 2022 national executive elections, securing 2,274 votes but losing to Henry Nana Boakye, who polled 2,870 votes.

The latest endorsement from Greater Accra constituency chairmen adds another development to his current campaign as he seeks the party’s National Organiser position.
