Host of Duvet, Natalia Nana Ama Andoh, has revealed that one of her most fervent daily prayers is never to sleep with her enemy.
During a discussion on the topic "Is sex enough to keep a relationship?", she cautioned that the very enemy one prays against could be the person they are sleeping with.
"One of the prayers that I pray everyday, when I pray for long life and good health and I pray for my kids and all the things I'm hoping to do, one of the prayers I pray , dear Lord let me never sleep with my enemy because seriously when a man decides that he will ruin your life...," she said.
Nana Ama's belief was reinforced by witnessing a disturbing situation.
"Because when I saw this person's situation where the husband actually poisoned their child just so he can have control over her, I knew that look sometimes you will be sleeping with your enemy," she iterated.
She emphasised the importance of discerning a partner's true character, noting that some individuals possess such charisma that others dismiss negative reports about them.
"There are certain things you can get to know about a person and nobody else will believe you when you say it.
"There are people who are so charismatic and nobody will believe you when you tell them that this is actually who he is behind closed doors," she highlighted.
